Little History

First a little History of my modern hometown Ruesselsheim.

This Fortress [castle] was build in 1399.
All that  is left of it today are Ruins, which they turned into a Museum surrounded by a park.
This town changed its name several times before it became Ruesselsheim//am Main [river].
Several miles down the river is the point where  Main and Rhein River meet, that's the Mainspitze [main peak].
This town today has a population of about 65,000 people living in this community. With lots of sightseeings, including Walter Koebel Halle [concerts and events],Theater, Opel- Manufacturer of cars, Museum. It is close to Frankfurt Airport about 20-30 minutes away.
A little of my drawing of old Ruesselsheim in 1399
Bus & Train Station [Busstation und Bahnhof]

Theater [Theater]

Ruesselsheim Fortress[Festung]

City Hall [Rathaus]

Hospital [Krankenhaus]
